You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The Goods were not used or damaged

We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please follow the return instructions on the returns sheet on the West801 website and mail it back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you have mislaid the returns sheet please contact us at sales@west801.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item & size you would like in exchange.
Exchanges
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels and that is dIspatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please follow the return instructions on the returns sheet on the West801 website and mail it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please identify which item you would like in replacement.
If you have mislaid the returns sheet please contact us at returns sales@west801.com and we will be happy to assist you.
You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely.
Up to two exchanges are allowed per item
All exchanges are based on stock availability.
If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Alternatively you may return the original item for refund and then purchase the new, lower priced item.
If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, you will need to choose another item that is the same or below the price of the item being exchanged.
Generally exchanges take 4-5 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area.
Refunds
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Returns for refund are processed within 4-5 working days of receiving the item however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Late returns
Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
